I will wait up to 15 minutes for you to arrive at your appointment and will make outreach efforts during that time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be denied entry to the session and will be responsible for the full $75 late cancellation fee.

Please remember to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for a fee of $75 if cancellation is less than 24 hours. However, you may avoid this fee if you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the original appointment time.
