Yes! I provide both in-person sessions for clients who prefer face-to-face interactions and Telehealth sessions for those who need more flexibility or prefer remote therapy. Telehealth is a secure and convenient way to receive therapy from the comfort of your own home. If you are doing Telehealth, you must be located at an address in New York state.
Therapy can benefit anyone who is looking for support, whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or personal growth goals. If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed, therapy can help you develop coping skills and gain new perspectives.
The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. We will discuss your concerns, goals for therapy, and any questions you may have. It's a chance for me to understand how I can best support you and for you to determine if we are a good fit.
The length of therapy varies depending on your needs and goals. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy (a few months), while others find ongoing therapy helpful for long-term personal development. We can discuss what works best for you.
I accept certain insurance plans, and I also offer private pay options. If your insurance is not in-network, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. Feel free to contact me to discuss payment options and insurance coverage.
At this time, unfortunately I am not able to provide services to people currently in other states. I am hoping to expand to new locations soon!
